Healthy Alternatives through Healing Arts presents: Introduction to Healing Touch

We are excited to invite you to a special workshop on "Introduction to Healing Touch" that will be held here at the Orchard Park Senior Center!

This relaxing energy therapy uses intentional touch to promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Healing Touch has been used to relieve pain, speed healing, and bring emotional peace. The desire and intent to help and heal is the first step.

This engaging workshop will be led by Kathy Frankiewich, a retired nurse practitioner who has been practicing energy therapies for over 30 years.

During this fun and interactive session, you will learn the basic principles of Healing Touch. We will actually give and receive a treatment from each other, seated comfortably in a chair. This knowledge can be a wonderful tool to bring comfort to friends or family when needed.

This event is FREE but please sign up at the front desk or at myactivecenter.com.
