Join us for a fun-filled day of buying, selling, and swapping at our community trunk sale and swap meet.

Sell your tack, furniture, small items, or promote your business (if covered under your business license) – all are welcome!

• Space size: Approx. 10' x 30'
• Bring your own: Tables, canopy, money box, cash/change, trash bags, helpers, etc.
• Price your items ahead of time
• Sell from your trunk and/or set up a booth

In consideration of participating in any way in the Orange Park Acres Women's Leagues’ activities (hereinafter called “The Activities”), including the Swap Meet event on 5/31/2025 at Mara Brandman Arena, 6422 Santiago Canyon Rd, you, for yourself, and on behalf of your heirs, next of kin, representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waiver, discharge the Orange Park Acres Women’s League, its Directors, Officers, staff, representatives, affiliates, volunteers, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of the League, its Directors, Officers, staff, representatives, affiliates, volunteers, and agents, resulting in personal physical or psychological injury, incidents, illnesses, paralysis, death, and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participating in the League’s activities.

Participating in the Activities carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injury. Specific risks vary from one activity to another and can range from minor injuries to major injuries to catastrophic injuries. You know, understand, and appreciate that these and other risks are inherent in the Activities. You hereby assert that your participation in any Activities is voluntary, and you knowingly assume, both known and unknown, all such risks.

You have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that you are giving up substantial rights, including your right to sue. You agree to these terms and conditions freely and voluntarily and intend your registration to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the extent allowed by the law.
