Gather around our warm and inviting firepit and stroll through picturesque gardens while you enjoy a delicious Indonesian lunch!
Swan is recreating her omas' traditional recipes and cooking methods of Indonesia, passed down through generations. Every bite is a celebration of love, care, and authenticity.
🍽 Menu – Swan’s “Best Selling” Dishes - $50.00 each
Gudeg – Young jackfruit slow cooked for 3 days, beef cracker, and fragrant Opor chicken in coconut milk with a hint of spice. Tahu marinated in palm sugar and spices, topped with a sweet soy sauce and marinated brown egg.
Beef Rendang – Tender beef slow-cooked and marinated in a rich, spicy coconut milk curry.
Satay Chicken Skewers x 10 sticks – Charcoal flame grilled the traditional way, served with fresh cut chilli, red onion, shallots, and homemade peanut sauce.
Satay Pork Skewers x 10 sticks – Charcoal flame grilled, served with sambal sweet soy sauce.
All served with:
Mie Goreng – Javanese-style tasty egg noodles with 5 vegetables and eggs.
White Rice – Steamed to perfection.
Sambal – Homemade spicy chilli paste with fresh chillies, garlic, and vinegar (with or without Petai).
Pickled Veg – Fresh vegetables pickled in spiced vinegar.
