Instructor

Taylor Nation is a nationally certified Pilates instructor known or her dynamic teaching style and deep expertise in functional movement. With a client list that includes celebrities, corporate leaders, and everyday warriors, Taylor offers everything from intimate private sessions to high energy group classes and large-sclae wellness events . In 2020, she was honored as one of only 15 instructors worldwide selected to lead Club Pilates' global Pilates Day marathon.

Taylor is especially passionate about guiding women through the transformative seasons of preganancy and postpartumm, helping them reconnect with their strength through mindful movement. Her mission is simple: to help people feel confident, strong, and at home in their bodies.

Off the mat, she's "babe" to her husband, Kaleb and "Mama" to her children, Camden and Presley, titles she holds closest to her heart.
