Flow & Restore Yoga

Following the flow, we will melt into long, supported restorative holds, promoting deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Embrace the calming rhythm of your breath as we create a serene space for introspection and healing. Conclude with an extended savasana, enveloping yourself in tranquility. Perfect for all, this class nurtures body, mind, and spirit, leaving you refreshed and centered."
