Valentine's Partner Yoga

Join Debbie & Erik Hanzen for this partner yoga class. Come prepared to laugh, breathe, stretch, and smile.

$150 + GST per couple

Partner yoga is a way to spend quality time with your lover or friend to support the intimate connection you share while opening your heart, body, and mind. In this gentle yet transformative practice you will learn to use another person’s body to take you deeper into familiar and new yoga postures.

No previous yoga experience is necessary. The workshop is 2.5 hours and will include wine or beverage with a conversational game to deepen intimacy with your partner.
