The CAL Wellness Four Week Weight Loss Camp includes the following. We will share program related information including daily goals dietary patterns and more. This information will be shared in interactive Q&A video sessions at the start of every week for which recordings may be made available later for those who could not attend. The recordings will not include the weekly guided meditation. The guidelines for each week will be made available to participants at the beginning of each week.

Sid Khullar is a holistic wellness coach who works with spirit mind and body to accomplish desired outcomes. His total experience exceeds 26 years during which time he has authored three books two of them on wellness and is currently working on a fourth. Sid has also written and published over a million words on food and wellness and has been awarded for his efforts by the Indian Culinary Federation and also received an honorary Chef's diploma.

Sid Khullar is a holistic wellness coach who works with spirit, mind and body to accomplish desired outcomes in two areas: metabolic and emotional wellness. Within metabolic wellness he works with weight loss, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and type 2 diabetes. Emotional wellness interventions include mood related issues, procrastination and food addictions among others. Towards researching and exploring the multi-faceted world of human well being, Sid has studied nutrition, physiology, psychology, hypnotherapy and exercise science in addition to various energy healing modalities. Sid helps CAL Wellness clients with managing their metabolic health, including helping clients improve their T2DM, NAFLD and lose weight using everyday foods. He coaches families, couples and individuals to better physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being, encouraging greater self-awareness and resilience. More about Sid Khullar With 26 years behind him, Sid has authored three books, two of them on wellness and is currently working on a fourth. IF90 is his holistic protocol for wellness, supported by a community of over 30,000 participants, the outcomes of which include the management of obesity, fatty liver and type 2 diabetes. The protocol includes elements of metabolic, spiritual and mental wellness. In his past life, Sid went through a 14 year career in technology development from where he retired after heading software research and development for medical electrophysiological diagnostics. During this time, he worked with developing enhanced products mostly for neurology and cardiology, such as EEGs (electroencephalogram), ECGs (electrocardiogram) and ENGs (electronystagmogram). He also worked with related medical specialities including spirometry, treadmill tests (TMT), tele-medicine, machine learning and artificial intelligence for predictive and interpretive diagnostic use among other areas. Prior to that he has worked with supporting research and data analysis on the human genome project. Having been featured on on various forms of online and traditional media, including medical journals, Sid most recently hosted ‘The Healthy Binge’, a food show by Times Now. An avid cook, he enjoys meeting people, music, writing short stories, feeding friends and doing his best to change lives.
