Walking in Power: A Root Chakra Healing Experience and Class

Why is it important to heal the root chakra now? The current socio-political climate has uprooted many of us - our beliefs sense of safety & well-being worth and identity. It has activated many fears and aggression's. (root chakra issues) Now more than ever we need a grounded sense of self. The root chakra is our body's core and most primal energy center. It is our connection to Mother Earth and to our lineage. The healing of this chakra facilitates the healthy flow of energy throughout the body. Participants will learn to identify leaks in the root and the warning signs of an imbalanced root chakra. We will work with several tools that restore harmony so we may navigate this time of great shift- seated in our power. More importantly Diana will guide you through a profound guided healing and meditation to release any blocks within your core. She will weave the healing power of sound and Rainbow Light therapy into the healing to help remediate any imbalances. A healthy flow of Life Force energy will be restored to nourish and support your Well-Being. Pre-registration required.
