Vickie Menendez is the author of The Mother of All Memoirs: Crystal’s Butterfly Effect and Compass to the Soul. She also created the Chrysalis Library, a collection of 12 transformational eBooks.
As a Certified MAP (Make Anything Possible) Coach and SOMA Breathwork Facilitator, she blends self-care, ritual, and embodied healing to guide women through grief, trauma, and life transitions into empowerment and renewal.
Her own journey—marked by the loss of four children—ignited her calling to create safe spaces where others can heal and reclaim wholeness.
She also leads the Compass to the Soul Community (Facebook) and Compass to the Soul – Rituals & Resources (WhatsApp), where members explore rituals, tools, and practices for mind, body, soul, and environment.
