Knowing what to do and what to say knowing the myths and facts related to suicide and being able to connect someone to a resource is the basis of this training. The training only lasts an hour but the extra 15 minutes is for processing. Q is for Question P is for Persuade and R is for Refer. These simple yet powerful steps could help save a life.
