Nurture & Nest: An Art-Based Support Group for Pregnant Parents

Pregnancy can be beautiful but it can also be overwhelming. Between advice appointments and expectations there’s rarely a space to pause and ask “How am I feeling?”

Nurture & Nest is a gentle art-based support group designed to help you reconnect with yourself your baby and others walking the same path. Hosted by Richa Choudary a Psychotherapist & Art Therapist this 3-month journey combines reflective art-making guided sharing and emotional grounding to help you slow down and process the many shifts of pregnancy — physical emotional and relational.

You don’t need to know art. You just need a little time presence and willingness to express.

- 6 live online sessions (every alternate Friday)

Group Type: Closed group (limited to 12 participants)

Who Can Join: Expecting parents at any stage of pregnancy

Fee: ₹3600 (individual) | ₹5000 (couple)
