MS4 Permit Updates and Compliance

The new MS4 General Permit was issued more than a year ago. Now is the time to both fine-tune some of the Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP) components as well as to start looking further out on the compliance timeline at tasks that may require more time to complete.

This training, presented by Andy Sansone of Monroe County, and Christina Chiappetta of NYSDEC, will review some requirements from the 1-year compliance timeframe:

• SWMP Plan Update (due annually)
• Construction Oversight Program (due within one (1) year of the EDP)

• Mapping
• Monitoring Locations

• Municipal Operations & Municipal Facilities
