Empowerment self-defense is not just about physical skills; it’s about boundary setting; fostering a mindset of resilience, awareness, and personal power; and more!

“Get Empowered” provides essential tools to build your confidence and safety. But the journey to empowerment doesn’t end with reading a book. It’s also about applying what you’ve learned and building a strong support system.

That’s where our monthly virtual gathering comes in. Whether you’ve read “Get Empowered” before, or this is your first time, our book circle offers a supportive community to deepen your understanding and empower you to take action.
