Lean White Belt

This course is an essential starting point if you want to learn about Lean, if you are struggling to overcome a backlog of work or are feeling overwhelmed and want to do something about it.

The Lean White Belt certificate workshop is targeted to:

• Leaders who wish to learn more about Lean to decide whether to implement in their organization
• Teams and individuals who want to use Lean thinking to improve their own work
• Individuals who have recently joined an organization undergoing Lean improvement(s) who need to get up to speed on Lean basics

• How to build support for a Lean transformation and how to get started
