ICGMV 2025 Conference — A Group Visit for Every Body

The Integrated Center for Group Medical Visits is excited for their fifth annual conference dedicated to group medical visits! The conference will be held virtually on September 12, 2025 from 10:00am to 6:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).

We are excited to celebrate our fifth year of bringing together clinicians, educators, researchers, and trainees to create community and educate ourselves in the latest science and practice of group medical visits (GMVs). The 2025 ICGMV conference will highlight evidence-based presentations as well as experiential workshops led by leaders and innovators in the field. Sessions will highlight successful group medical visit initiatives for all ages that realize the full potential for all involved and take into account the importance of holistic services that create community and reduce loneliness.

In addition to the main conference sessions, the conference will include a virtual exhibit hall, poster presentations, and conversation spaces.

Sessions will cover themes such as:

• GMVs for families in all life stages including intergenerational dyadic care
• Implementing GMV models locally, nationally, and globally
• Insights into adapting GMVs for cultural relevance and language
• Policy issues and guidelines for GMVs
• Designing culturally sensitive GMVs
• Project evaluations for local, national, and global GMVs
• Novel models of delivery (televisits, technology, teaching kitchens, etc.)
• Increasing access to GMVs
• Financial stability and sustainability
• Innovations in GMVs for special populations and across the lifespan
