TRAINERS:

Kelly Tannehill, MSW has over 22 years of experience in working with tribal/state child welfare and social services including technical assistance, policy/practice, training, and support. She is a consultant for Osiyo Group, LLC and an adjunct professor at the University of Oklahoma Social Work program for Master level students. As a Program Field Representative with the Department of Human Services Child Welfare since 2015, she served as a liaison and trainer for tribal/state collaboration, ICWA compliance, and foster care licensing.

Rita Hart, MSW is a native Oklahoman and a citizen of Jicarilla Apache Nation and descendant of the Choctaw Nation. She has a Master of Social Work degree and 30 plus years of child welfare and ICWA specific experience in all levels of Tribal, State, Federal, and National project arenas. She is a consultant/trainer for Osiyo Group, LLC and tribal family and youth services program consultant for Apelasv (here to help).
