Join me for a sacred online gathering where we connect deeply with the heart-opening medicine of cacao from the comfort of your own space. This ceremony is an opportunity to slow down tune in and nourish your mind body and spirit.
Together we will honour the spirit of cacao through intention setting guided meditation and gentle reflection. You’ll be guided to open your heart release what no longer serves you and invite in clarity peace and connection.
Whether you are new to cacao or already feel a bond with this sacred plant you’ll be held in a safe loving container where you can journey inward feel supported and connect with the wisdom within.
You’ll need:
A cup of ceremonial cacao (instructions will be sent upon registration)
A comfortable quiet space
A journal and pen
