Available to the guests of our golfers! Join us for a delightful culinary experience in a Chef-Led Cheese and Charcuterie Class! Whether you're a novice in the kitchen or a seasoned food lover, this hands-on workshop will elevate your entertaining skills and inspire your taste buds.In this engaging class, Turning Stone's expert chef will guide you through selecting the finest cheeses and cured meats, and discover how to balance flavors and textures. The Chef will feature various cheeses and meats from America, Italy and Spain to pair with wines from all over the globe. Throughout the session, you'll explore with pairings and accompaniments, including artisan breads, seasonal fruits, gourmet spreads, and more.
