Yoga at Highlander

Start your weekend with a pause with Yoga at Highlander! Join us for FREE yoga classes every Saturday morning at 9 AM on the lawn of the Highlander Accelerator. All ages and experience levels are welcome to stretch, breathe, and discover your strength in a serene outdoor setting.

Yoga at Highlander incorporates gentle movements, deep stretches, and mindfulness techniques for a rejuvenating experience. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle as we flow together with our instructor, Lindsay. Get ready to unwind and connect with yourself at Highlander! #HighlanderOutdoorFitness

*In the event of inclement weather, outdoor activities will be canceled.
*Participants are kindly asked to sign in for each session.
