Monday Madness: Can you peel the burn

This ride isn’t for everyone, if you are looking to push yourself and see what your body can handle then it’s for you. We ride on the trail from Aksarben to Tyson plant on 132nd and Q. The speed is roughly 18-20 mph in an echelon. We don’t leave anyone alone (unless they want to) come push yourself. Meet up place is the parking garage behind the Inner rail, southeast side. After the ride we will grab food and a drinks at the innerrail.

several section will be Zone 4+. this is generally a power zone max ride. bring a gel if you havent eaten.
