Have you ever read a book so rich in flavor you could practically taste the story? Join us for Cook the Book, our quarterly book club where we bring stories to life—one recipe at a time!
This quarter, we're diving into Elizabeth Acevedo’s With the Fire on High, a novel that stirs the soul and the senses. Together, we’ll cook up dishes inspired by the book—like a hearty Sweet Potato & Sausage Casserole and Emoni’s spicy Chocolate Pudding for dessert.
After we cook, we’ll gather around the table to share our meal and discuss the themes, characters, and mouthwatering moments from the novel. Whether you're a foodie, a fiction lover, or both, this is your invitation to read, cook, and connect!
