Classical Japanese Martial Arts at the Joslyn

Join us on July 3, 2025, at the Joslyn Art Museum for a special demonstration of traditional Japanese martial arts by Crane Dance Dojo.

In conjunction with The Floating World exhibition of Japanese woodblock prints, our team will showcase classical (koryū) arts including Shintō Musō Ryū jō, Kasumi Shintō-ryū kenjutsu, and a brief sampling of Musō Shinden Ryū iai.

🕠 Demonstrations will take place at approximately 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM on July 3rd.
🎟 Admission to the Joslyn is free.
