TAI CHI ESSENCE & QI GONG

Learn a gentle basic form and meditation

Experience flowing movements to open the heart

Stretch and release old energy

Connect Heaven and Earth

Improve posture and breathwork

Strengthen bones and move energy

Relax and balance your nervous system
