When combined with premium essential oils, TRE can further enhance emotional stability, boost resilience, and promote a greater sense of well-being.


This is a donation based class. $20 suggested donation. All are welcome. Bring a mat if you have one and wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited so pre-registration is required.
