Special fundraiser dance - THE OLYMPIA VOLUNTEER STRING BAND with Victoria Fox calling!

Our annual fundraiser dance will raise money for the South Bay Grange, so that we can continue to contra dance there for years to come!

The Olympia Volunteer String band is a collection of 20 musicians of all ages. We have spent the last couple of months rehearsing a brilliant program of creative contra dance music for your enjoyment!

Please come and support local dancing, local musicians, and our wonderful community!

Lesson for new and returning dancers: 7 pm
Dance: 7:30 - 10 pm
Admission: Sliding scale - suggested $10-25. Note: an average of ~$17/person will typically cover all of our costs for an evening. (NOTAFLOF)

Curious about contra? New dancers are always welcome and encouraged to attend the lesson at 7. Not ready to dance? That's ok, come for the live music 🙂
