Info: 10:00am - SB Acrobatics & Tumbling overview presentation & College intros to athletes
10:30am - Warm up & dynamic stretch
10:50-12:00pm - Acro Drills and Basics
12:00pm - 1pm - Lunch Break
1:00- 2:00pm - Running Tumbling
• 1hr - Position players break off to their station for more stupid human tricks & acro’s
2:00pm - Standing Tumbling
• 30min - Position players break off to their station for more stupid human tricks & acro’s
2:30pm - Water Break
2:45pm - Advance Acro & Pyramid work
4:00pm - NCAA rules overview presentation
4:20-5:00pm - College table visits
5:00pm - Door close, end of SB Acrobatics & Tumbling Recruitment Combine
