Parenting is one of the most important—and most challenging—roles we take on. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from your child, or unsure how to handle certain behaviors, you’re not alone.
Join us for a free nine-week Parenting Skills Class designed to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped with practical strategies for everyday challenges.
We’ll cover topics like:
- Managing screen time and behavioral outbursts
- Navigating defiance, aggression, or unsafe behaviors
- Strengthening your relationship and communication with your child
- Preventing burnout and prioritizing caregiver self-care
- Addressing concerns around substance use and impulsivity
You’ll be supported in a safe, welcoming space alongside other caregivers navigating similar experiences.
