Women's Book Club and Trauma Processing Group

We will be reading the book "What Happened to You" by Oprah Winfrey and Bruce Perry. Each week, we will gather, discuss the book, and participants will process trauma as needed. This is a therapy group facilitated by a licensed therapist (bio below). In addition, this is a closed group, meaning no new participants will be admitted after the start date to safeguard the tender topics discussed and felt safety of the participants.



Facilitator Bio:



I’m a licensed psychotherapist and survivor of complex trauma. I help women heal their relationships to themselves with the use of somatics and Internal Family Systems. I dabble in herbal remedies for nervous system restoration and share these in tea ceremony.

Additionally, I help women heal their relationships to the feminine and other women. I believe in the retrieval of our lost arts and offer them by way of moon circles, rituals, classes, and workshops. Women are meant for each other. Let’s gather.
