Join Chef Josh Valentine for an intimate culinary evening celebrating the expressive wines of Coelho Winery, a family-owned vineyard from Oregon’s Willamette Valley, renowned for their handcrafted Pinot Noirs and vibrant whites.
Hosted in conjunction with wine expert Bruce Upthegrove, this reservation-only event features a multi-course dinner thoughtfully paired with selections from the Coelho portfolio. Each pairing is designed to elevate and complement Chef Valentine’s seasonal creations.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of bubbles to kick off the experience, followed by a guided tasting journey through Coelho’s standout vintages, paired with an unforgettable menu.
