Free Outdoor barre3 Class at Wonch Park

Join us at Wonch Park in Okemos for a free outdoor barre3 Signature class! Grab a friend and meet us there on Thursday, August 14 at 5:30pm - all you need to bring is a yoga mat/towel and water.

This low-impact, full-body class features strength, cardio and mindfulness - all fitness levels welcome!
