We are still in the cleanup, cleanout, and discovery stages—so what you’re seeing now is just a small portion of what’s to come. Honestly, these photos represent maybe 1/5th… possibly even just 1/10th of the entire collection. Seriously is a lot!
Many folks have asked about walking the property ahead of time.
Please understand that we now have someone living on-site who is working daily to organize, clean, and uncover everything.
We ask that everyone wait until June 12, when the collection will be fully staged and ready to view. However some will be early bird views a bidding and when that's update we will share.

Estate Liquidation Sale – June 13 & 14

Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a piece of true American cowboy history from the estate of real-life Hollywood legend, cowboy, showman, stuntman, and local icon Gordon “Gordie” Peer.
This incredible two-day sale includes
• Antique firearms including an 1815 French hammerlock and one of the first 1,000 Ruger LR .22s ever produced.
• Farm and workshop equipment, industrial tools, metal presses, and a fully equipped shop.
• Hollywood memorabilia, movie props, and promotional items from Gordie’s time with legends like Buffalo Bill, Lash LaRue, and his lifelong friend, Clayton Moore (The Lone Ranger).
‘ Gordies legendary whips, lasso, personal leather gear, firearms, bulk fighting, rodeo items and personal gear.
• Rare collectibles from Wild West shows and PRCA rodeos (1880s–1960s), including posters, original photos, cowboy gear, Native American artifacts, numerous US Calvary, Ashcraft, Billy Coack and other saddles, and chaps aged back a pair of elk and buffalo worn in the early 1900’s chaps and somuch more.

In tribute to Gordie's lifelong passion for agriculture and youth education, proceeds will go toward creating an Agricultural Memorial Scholarship in his name.
This scholarship will support young men and women pursuing agricultural studies and careers-ensuring that Gordie's legacy of mentorship and tradition lives on.

Friday’s auction will consist of all household and property items while
Saturdays auction will start at 10 AM and consist of all Hollywood memorabilia Western antiques and Western and rodeo memorabilia.
Food truck, plenty of parking and help will be pressent.
