Pneuma Institute Ojai welcomes Transpersonal Psychologist and International Pedagogical Coordinator of Pneuma Institute, Maite Pardo Sol, for a weekend intensive course and Pneuma Breathwork.

In this course "Beyond Suffering: Finding Peace in Times of Uncertainty", Maite will accompany you with tools for emotional management, stress management and the search for vital meaning so that you can move through this moment with greater serenity, consciousness and guidance.

You will learn to:

• Manage intense emotions (fear, sadness, anger).

• Reduce stress and anxiety in moments of change.

• Get to know your innate resources and rediscover meaning.

• Reconnect with your purpose and inner peace.

Friday, May 30th, free lecture, open to the public, 6:30pm.

Saturday, May 31st, Class 9:30 am - 1pm & 3pm - 6:30pm.

Sunday, June 1st, Class 9:30am - 1pm, Pneuma Breathwork 2pm - 6pm.

Fee:

$300 for workshop - Saturday & Sunday, Pneuma Breathwork included.
