When we go into public spaces, we can feel the collective energy of everyone there. When we are off in our bodies, we have the opportunity to feel where the energy block is. Energy is everything and everywhere. Learning how to feel it and interpret it will assist you navigating your way through confidently.

In this class, we will learn how to feel energy, collect energy and release energy. Having these skills will assist you in your daily life as you navigate your way through experiences and strengthen your ability to be confident in your own energy.
