You’ll make your own top and bottom crust from scratch, learn the art of crimping those picture-perfect edges, and discover insider tips for getting that golden, melt-in-your-mouth finish. Each student will assemble their pie in class and bake it at home—so your kitchen will be filled with the warm, cozy aroma of fresh-baked apple pie, just in time for the holidays. If you want pies can be baked in store it will take longer then the allotted time though.
