Beginning Crochet with Gloria

Ready to learn the art of crochet? Join us at Eccentric Lamb Fiber Arts for a beginner-friendly class taught by local fiber artist Gloria Yager. Whether you’ve never picked up a hook or just need a refresher, this class will walk you through the foundations of crochet in a supportive, relaxed environment.

Over the course of three 90-minute sessions, you'll learn how to:
• Hold your yarn and hook comfortably
• Make a slip knot and chain
• Crochet the basic stitches (single, half-double, and double crochet)
• Read a simple crochet pattern
• Start and finish a project

You’ll leave class with a finished item, confidence in your new skills, and the knowledge to start your next crochet adventure.

Skill level: Absolute beginner or those needing a refresher
