Slow Flow Yoga with Sound

This class is suited to both beginners and experienced students to enjoy inspirational yoga in a setting that cultivates connection with the mind, body and spirit. Discover a soothing slow flow to warm the body, creating a body awareness as well as a spiritual and mental connection. Sound including Crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes will incorporate throughout the class as well as during Savasana. 60 minute Class incorporates crystals, affirmations and sound that will challenge your body and soothe your mind and spirit.
Sound and meditation will accompany savasana.
