Faraos Cigarer Odense has been selected to host a Planetary Qualifier, and we couldn't be more excited to have you all back!
The event will be taking place on Sunday August 17th 2025.

**Please notice that shipping cost will be added to your order during checkout. However, the amount will not be deducted, when we invoice it the day before the event**
Below you'll find info on all practical aspects of the event.
*Important Actions*
1. We will use www.melee.gg as the event reporter, so please make an account on beforehand (if you do not have one already)
2. Please sign in to the event on beforehand
https://melee.gg/Tournament/View/345189 , so we do not have to use time and energy on that on the day of the event. You must be signed in before the players meeting. Please do not hesitate to get back to us in case you have problems signing in.
3. A decklist is required - please bring 2 printed copies of your decklist on the day.
4. Please bring your deck in new sleeves to avoid any warnings or disqualifications due to marked sleeves and such. Also bring your tokens.
5. The deckbox you have your deck in during the tournament may not contain anything else than your deck and sideboard in case of a deck check to avoid a warning.

- Doors will open at 09.30 at Klostervej 3, 5000 Odense C
- Players meeting at 10.00
- Round 1 starts at 10.15 - we will not wait for anyone who would be delayed, so please be here in good time.
- The shop is 5-7min walk from Odense station.

*Side Events*
To avoid disruption of the main tournament, we have decided not to run any side events this time, but all participants will be handed 3 Legends of the Force boosters for participation, and you can freely set up a casual draft on your own later that day if you feel like it.
Finally - it is a competitive event, if you are ever in doubt about a game action or rules question call a judge - it is never a bad thing to call a judge. Please respect the judges’ calls, no matter if you disagree, their finale call will be enforced. In case of any escalation on this matter, they have the full right to disqualify you from the event.
