IVDM Lowlanders: Dolomite Mine

Explore the remnants of the historic Dolomite Mine, located in the Coyote Mountains of Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Formed over millions of years, this naturally occurring mineral site offers breathtaking views of the surrounding badlands and unique geological features. Please note: no dogs are allowed on this hike, high-clearance vehicles are required, and carpooling is highly encouraged. Leaves from IVDM parking lot at 8:00 AM (35 min drive from museum)
