Pilates in the Park

Join us for a Pilates Class at at Lake Fowler Park in Oconomowoc!

Grab your yoga mat and water bottle and head over to the park shelter located at:
438 N Oakwood Ave
Oconomowoc, WI 53066

Resistance bands and Pilates balls will be provided, we recommend brining ankle or wrist weights to enhance your class!

This energizing class will incorporate variations of the classical Pilates exercises. Expect a low impact, concentrated and controlled approach to help you ignite your Power House to build balanced, full body strength.
