Women's Circle: Full Moon Tea Gathering

Join us for a soul-nourishing gathering under the powerful energy of the full moon. This gathering has been intentionally designed by Julianna & Jessica as a space to reconnect with yourself through grounding meditation, journaling, and herbal tea sipping while surrounded by heart-centered community.

What to expect -
The session will begin with an exploration of the custom tea blends Jess has created for the gathering and their intentions. You will choose your blend, prepare your cup, and are welcome to socialize amongst one another.

We will then move into a grounding pranayama (breath work) and meditation practice. Suggested journaling prompts will lead you through deep reflection; both on your journey so far and your path ahead. You’ll be invited to let go of structure and allow your thoughts to flow, helping you uncover what you’re ready to release and what you want to welcome in during this lunar phase.

What to wear -
Wear your comfiest clothes or whatever makes you feel most comfortable when sitting; you are encouraged to show up as you are.

What to bring -
Bring a journal, pen, mat, and an open heart.

This event welcomes ALL women and requires no prior experience in yoga, meditation, journaling, or women’s circles.
