Join us for the first event in our four-part series exploring how trust lives and breathes in the body. This Root Chakra-centered experience blends community acupuncture and sound healing to support nervous system regulation and embodied safety.
Through somatic grounding practices, gentle acupuncture points, and vibrational soundscapes, we’ll reconnect to the felt sense of support beneath us—restoring access to our own internal rhythms of safety and trust.
