FIT4MOM NCI- Popsicles & Playgroup

Join us for a sweet *Popsicles and Play* playgroup! At FIT4MOM, we combine fitness and fun, offering moms a great workout with stroller strides while the little ones enjoy the ride.

After class, stick around for some refreshing popsicles and a chance for the kids to burn off some energy at the playground. It’s the perfect way to cool off, enjoy a treat, and connect with fellow moms.

No membership is required to join the playgroup, but if you’d like to try a class beforehand, your first class is free! Stroller Strides starts at 9:15 am, and the popsicles and play fun begins at 10:15 am.

Come for the workout, stay for the treats and play! We can’t wait to see you there!
