Silent Disco: Beachfront Movement Meditation
Come and join us for an incredible event designed to uplift and inspire!
Unwind and find your inner peace in a safe space for healing and self-expression. This in-person gathering is the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share a love of authenticity and mindfulness.
We’ll begin with sharing heart-opening cacao, a drink made from raw chocolate that carries a sweet and connective spirit and facilitates spiritual awakening. Then, you’ll be invited to get silly during a short guided dance warmup. We’ll then immerse ourselves in the elemental musical journey led by DJ Bliss. Let go of stress, tension, and inhibitions while experiencing the power of free form movement meditation. The session will close with a song circle and community bonfire.
All are welcome at this co-ed event. Mark your calendars and get ready to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul!
