Chef Michael Paoletti will be teaching you how to make pizza dough from scratch, pizza sauce, and how to shape, top, and bake your pizza in our wood-fired pizza oven. The bar will be open for purchase so you can have a wonderful beverage to go with your hard earned pizza!
