Yin & Sound Recalibration

An evening dedicated to nourishing the body with sound frequencies, plant medicine, hot stones and seasonal Yin practices. Designed to return balance and harmony into your cells, recalibrating your nervous system and supporting your brain state.

Enjoy a 60 minute Yin practice, followed by a hot stone yoga nidra-sleep, and finish with soundscape of healing frequencies. Wake slowly to hot cacao - plant medicine being served and relish in the deep calm that's been created in the body, the mind and the energetic systems of the body.

Using your rest and quiet time to set intentions for the month ahead, to unwire and reset.
Open to all levels and experiences, this event is for anyone needing rest, a slower pace and self reconnection.
