Stone fruit pruning & grafting workshop

This is a hands on learning workshop, held in our orchards. We take you into the orchard where you can identify the different stone fruit trees. This will cover peaches, nectarines, plums, apricots.
All aspects of pruning techniques , identification of where your fruit comes and what leaf buds look like, shaping, disease prevention, tools and maintenance, sharpening tools, grafting tools, grafting techniques.

You will be guided through “how to graft a tree,” where you will complete a bench graft. Places are limited 10 people so we can give individual attention.

Hand out notes are provided. Cost $80. We require a $20 deposit to hold your place.
