Please join us for a session with Renée Robson on Trauma Informed Yoga demonstration.

Renée Robson advocates for complex trauma survivors and mental health through her work in both trauma-informed yoga facilitation and consulting. Based on the Bellarine Peninsula, Renée specialises in implementing trauma-informed approaches within leadership contexts and systemic applications.

Her certified social enterprise, 'Trauma Informed Leadership', provides pro bono services to small nonprofits and volunteers, extending the reach of trauma-informed practices. Renée's yoga training includes in Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra, complemented by her TCTSY-F Level 2 Yoga Teacher certification specialising in trauma-sensitive yoga. She currently teaches trauma-informed yoga facilitation at Zero Point Yoga and Australian Yoga Academy.

Renée regularly contributes to the field through writing and speaking on trauma-informed practices, focusing on practical applications for workplace wellbeing and effective leadership.
