Kids' Day: Discovery Bay

Get ready to embark on a thrilling journey of exploration and adventure during this kids day! Get closer to the bays than ever before as we search the shallow waters of the Indian River Bay for aquatic life. Identify and discuss different fish, crabs, and other organisms that we can find here at the James Farm Ecological Preserve!

Participants will be in and around the water, so please wear clothes & shoes that can get wet and/or sandy. Closed-toe shoes are encouraged. Please remember to bring water, sunscreen and insect repellant, if desired since the Preserve can be buggy.

Please note: Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present at all times. Thank you for your cooperation.

This program is weather permitting. Attendance is free, registration encouraged.
