Recovery Flow Yoga

Join us for Recovery Flow - the ultimate active recovery between your heavy lifting or high cardio classes. Every Wednesday at 6 pm starting in August, connect with yourself and your breath to bring relaxation and clarity to your (no doubt) hectic life. Unwind with us for 45 minutes to stay limber and increase mobility.

Element Spin Studio is now Element Fitness and we're bringing you more ways to move. We're aiming to increase your overall wellness, including mental and mobility.
