Group Overview:
Caring for a loved one experiencing cognitive or physical decline is one of the most selfless acts of love—but it’s not without challenges. Feelings of fear, guilt, frustration, loneliness, and exhaustion are common.

Our Purpose:
We offer a safe, nurturing space where Christian caregivers come together to:

Share experiences and lessons learned
Strengthen coping skills
Support emotional and spiritual well-being
Feel encouraged by mutual love and faith
